Jared Joseph White

Jared Joseph White, born November 18, 1988, much loved by family and friends, passed away September 29, 2025, in a tragic accident. He lived fast, worked hard, and never settled for anything less than real. Life for him was meant to be lived wide open, full throttle, with no shortcuts.

He was strong-willed, quick-witted, and could turn any moment into a story worth retelling. His humor could light up a room—or roast it—and his honesty came with a thin filter. He worked hard, played harder, and stood his ground. He didn’t believe in junk, excuses, or half-measures, and he lived life on his own terms. He leaves behind a lot of stories, and a lot of laughs.

He showed up for the people he cared about, and they showed up for him. He was as kind as he was strong, his big heart and gentle side ran deep. Jared loved his family and friends and would help out any way he could. He had a soft spot for his four-legged children, especially his dog Ninja, his loyal shadow and sidekick.

He is survived by his parents Dan and Nancy, brother Josh (Jenny) and their children, Wallace and Elayna, sister Tonya (Ben) and their children, David and Adelaide, grandpa Don, girlfriend Kenzi, and the village. Jared’s mom referred to Jared’s friends as “the village.” His loyal and trusted friends were like family who were with him through the good and the hard times. He is preceded in death by his grandma Betty and many aunts and uncles.

A celebration of his life will be held on October 4th from 2–6 p.m. at his “shouse,” the place he built and loved. Contact family or “the village” for the address. Fond memories will be shared at 3pm. His favorite meal will be served at 5pm. Come as you are—he wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

Mr. Jared White was a kind and positive influence in the lives whose paths he crossed. The world is a colder place without his friendly nature in it. We wish the White family peace and hope in this tragic time.

Nancy and Dan,

I am so sorry to hear about your loss! Losing a child is the hardest thing a parent can face. It isn’t supposed to happen that way. Your child should not pass away before you.

Hold all of your memories and his stories close. I am always here if you need support! ❤️

Pam May

Dear Dan and Nancy.  There are no words, not nearly enough hugs and thoughts that can begin to cover the hurt of losing a child.  We are so very sorry for your loss.  He sounds like he was such an amazing man and hopefully the sting will someday turn into wonderful memories.
You are in our thoughts and prayers!

Jerry and Jan Nelson

We are thinking of all of you at this very difficult time.  I’m sure there are no words, but hope it helps to know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

It's not supposed to be like this. He sounds like he was a chip off the block and a joy to be around. I'm sure your grief feels insurmountable now.  Those of us who know you are right behind you in thoughts, words and any action you may need.
