How to Get Started
The simplest way to begin is by filling out our pre-planning form. This document outlines your preferences and provides the details we need to write the obituary and complete the death certificate.

Considering Pre-Funding?
Many families also choose to pre-fund their funeral arrangements. We often meet with individuals to discuss the type of service they want and go over the related costs.
Minnesota law allows you to set aside money in an irrevocable insurance policy. This policy:
- Is owned by you
- Is protected by law
- Earns interest over time
If you’re applying for medical assistance, these funds will not affect your eligibility for assistance.
